With four spacious bedrooms in the main house—one downstairs and three on the upper floor—Hale Kai Retreat is designed for comfort.

The master bedroom features a California king bed, two additional rooms have queen beds, and the downstairs bedroom has a double bed. A built-in daybed in the family room on the main floor offers extra sleeping space. A separate ohana unit over the garage also features a California king bed, providing additional privacy and comfort.

At Hale Kai Retreat, you’ll embrace the serenity of oceanfront living. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of waves caressing the shore, and wake up to the cheerful calls of myna birds and doves. Enjoy breakfast on the gazebo lanai while watching for dolphins and sipping your morning Kona coffee.

This custom-built family home was designed by an expert architect to capture the local trade winds, keeping the space cool year-round with minimal need for air conditioning. These walls have been filled with laughter, love, and celebrations over the years, and now, it’s your turn to create your own memories.

As an added treat, you may meet "Mika," the friendly 16-year-old neighborhood kitty, who often stops by for a hello.
