The Space:
This condo features a large living area, a shared pool with ocean view, full custom kitchen, central ac, wifi, cable tv, and is right on a beautiful beach. Sleeps 6 maximum. Pool or beach? Both are right there in your own “backyard”. The pool is just below your balcony and the beach isn't much further than that. Security? This condo is secure with 24-hour security, guards at the entrance at all times, and secure parking lots inside the gates. You will want somewhere comfortable to settle in for the night and this unit has a great master bedroom for you. Walk up the stairs to the master bedroom which is located on the second floor. This bedroom features a King sized bed, tv, sliding glass doors to private balcony with sitting area and ocean view. Off the master bedroom, you have the master bathroom with a walk-in closet, tile shower, double vanity, toilet, and bidet. The second room is a great place perfect for your little monkeys with a king bed and trundle on the bottom. It also has a full closet, a bathroom with vanity and a tile shower, and glass doors to small balcony with street view. The third bedroom has two twin beds, sliding glass doors to main balcony, small tv, and a walk-in closet to bathroom with a double vanity, tile shower, toilet, and bidet. Sometimes after long days at the beach, you need a place to relax out of the sun and a comfortable living room is the place to do this. With a large couch, two reading chairs, and a flat screen tv, this is the perfect place if you need a break from the sun. Also out the back of this great living room, you have a large balcony with an ocean view that has a four-person table and sitting area, a perfect place to watch Costa Rica’s amazing sunsets. Hungry? That won’t be a problem, you could either enjoy the great restaurants near you or cook in your own condo. This condo has a great kitchen fully equipped with anything you would need to make a great meal. Including a two-person breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, Countertop stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and the necessary utensil. Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.
There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
